Núi Min Coffee was established in 2011 with the goal of preserving and honoring the authentic qualities of Moc coffee. Our coffee is made from 100% pure ingredients, without any flavorings or additives. The unique taste of Moc coffee features a mild bitterness, a delicate sourness, and a light sweet aftertaste—a pure gift from nature. Not only is it delicious, but it is also beneficial for your health.

Amidst the Lâm Đồng Highlands, Núi Min is a tranquil land where Arabica coffee beans are nurtured by the fresh climate, fertile red basalt soil, and the dedication of passionate coffee growers. At an altitude of over 1,500 meters, coffee trees grow slowly, accumulating nutrients that result in a delicate aroma, a mild acidity, and a deep, lingering sweetness.
At Min Mountain, the indigenous K’Ho people continue to embrace their traditional roasting method. This process involves no additives, no artificial flavors, and preserves the true essence of the coffee beans. Each batch of roasted coffee is a testament to their respect for the land, the craftsmanship, and the drinker.
